Company History
Terry McCue Real Estate, Inc. was established in 1968 here in the Jacksonville Beaches area. Family owned and operated for 40 years our company is known as an established, dependable, trustworthy and knowledgeable business in the area.
In the 1960's Terry Sr. began his real estate career and for several years he was blessed to work for and be mentored by beaches Realtor, Townsend Hawkes, prior to establishing Terry McCue Real Estate, Inc. in 1968. Over the years he could often be found having coffee at a variety of beach establishments with his friends and business associates where he jotted notes and drafted ideas on his napkin.
Beginning in 2002, his daughter Tracey McCue joined the team and is currently assisting in all Residential and Commercial Sales as well as Property Management.
The year of 2007, Terry McCue Real Estate, Inc. had a tough blow. After an unexpected illness, Terry, passed away on September 5, 2007. He left his memory, experience and knowledge of the business to his family to continue 40 more years.
Continuing in the family tradition, Scott Wiley Jr. ( brother-in-law) was established as the businesses Broker-Owner. Scott having been in the real estate business prior to his successful career in banking-finance with Oceanstate Bank, Bank of America and Brumo’s Motor Cars stepped in to assist in the family business. Melba, Terry’s wife, having worked with Terry prior to establishing her own career in Interior Design came back to the family business as an Office Manager/Sales Associate. Terry Jr., who worked with Terry in the 80-90’s also began devoting his time to the family business as a Sales Associate and Property Management/Maintenance manager.
Terry McCue Real Estate, Inc. also has experience in the St. Augustine, Jacksonville and Dixie County markets as well.
